So often the only time a company hears from customers is when there's a complaint - I just wanted to take a minute to say how happy I am to be a Big Als customer! Your employees have, without exception, been courteous and helpful on the phone, orders have been shipped quickly and accurately, and whenever something has come up requiring customer service, it has always been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Just this afternoon it was Christina (I hope I've got her name right) who helped me (and so nicely), but as I said, everyone I've dealt with has been great.

I received order in excellent condition and have them in my filter.  It is a little messy to clean up but this it the best tank filter that I have ever had.  When I put the filter back together,  I added a little water to the intake hose and it was much easier to prime.  Did I mention that I love my Eheim filter

I just have to email you all and let you know that you all are great. I have been buying from you for a couple years now and you have the cheapest prices almost anywhere. My local LFS sells some of the items you have for almost 3 times the price you sell them at so paying the shipping and waiting a few days is a small price to pay than buying it at the store.

I had a Oscar for over a year then I had to move. The Oscar was adopted and now that im settled down in my new place I have decided to start up a 55 Gal tropical tank becuase the Oscar was just too messy for me.  Thank you for your great selection and low prices.
